Today I am thankful for our amazing friends.
Friends that are more like family than some of our blood relatives. When I was younger I had many “friends”. Of course not all were trustworthy. The friendships I hold now are solid. I love each and every one of them to pieces. I would choose a handful of friendships that are real over a boat load of them that aren’t any day.
Today I am thankful for the ability to be a stay at home mama.
Both the hardest and most rewarding job I have ever had and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I have experienced both ends of the spectrum, working mom and SAHM. I cherish all of the additional time I have with my crazy monsters. And am thankful that my husband holds a good job that allows me to do so.
Today I am thankful for our Godchildren, Leilani, Aryie, Parker, & Caj.
We love each of them as if they are our own little monsters. They all have their own little personalities and hold a huge place in my heart. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for these beautiful children and I thank God their parents trusted us enough to be their Godparents.
Today I am thankful for my sister, Lindsey.
While I may not get to see or speak to her near as much as I’d like to, we still share a close bond. We always know we are only a phone call away if we need anything. I know it’s odd, but my sister and I have NEVER ever fought. She is an amazing mama to my nephew, Joshie, and my Godson, Parker. They may live 600 miles away, but I cherish all of our time together. 
Today I am thankful for our Veterans.
All who have selflessly signed up to put their lives on the line to protect our freedom and the far too many that have lost their lives doing so.
I am especially thankful for the ones we love…my Husband, my Dad, my Papa Joe, my Paw-Paw Kline, my Paw-Paw Freeman, my Maw-Maw Peart, Matt’s Grandpa Barthule, & Matt’s brother’s, Brian and Phil.

Today I am thankful for my mother in law, Susie.
She is such a genuine & caring person. Loves Matt, our monsters, and I unconditionally. Raised the amazing man that I get to spend the rest of my life with. I’m very thankful to have her as my mother in law. 
Today I am thankful for my Dad.
My Daddy-o lives back in New Orleans so we don’t get to spend as much time as we’d like to with him. He isn’t your “average” paw-paw. He’s a biker and patriot guard rider. He selflessly offers his free time to honor those who have died to protect our freedom. He is a fabulous paw-paw and never allows the miles to come between him and his grand monsters. FaceTime has tremendously helped in that department! He too gives us nothing but unconditional love & support.
Today I am thankful for my mom.
We are so blessed to have Jillskie live with us. She is an amazing maw-maw. Doesn’t hesitate to help with our monsters or things around the house. Wise beyond her age and gives us nothing but unconditional love.
Today I am thankful for my baby girl, Bitty.
Ever so curious, always into something, happy, determined, full of energy, best little hug giver, big blue eyed angel, spunky baby girl. She is our final addition to our crazy lil bunch, and I thank God for her daily.
Today I am thankful for my daughter, Buggie.
She’s my little tom boy, spitfire, feisty, sensitive, happy, rambunctious, brown eyed girl, strong willed, bright, oh so precious daughter. She’s a handful and a half, but I wouldn’t have her any other way!
