Got up bright and early with the monsters. Checked out of the hotel and headed over to the playground & skatepark for all of them to expel some energy before our drive home. Of course after a group of 16 of us had an early lunch together. Just realized half of the people at lunch came home with me. We opted to have a picnic dinner at the Boerne Skate park & playground to let the monsters enjoy a break before the last stretch of our trip. Met Aryie’s mama to drop her off. Finally home sweet home! As much as we love traveling there is just something always so nostalgic about climbing in you own bed when you finally get home. As usual we have a busy week with several extra things added to this weeks schedule. Beyond ready for some sleep. Were we really only gone two days? It doesn’t quite seem like it. It was so great to get to see my love getting to enjoy a weekend with his old army family!
