I can’t believe we squeezed so much into our day! My hubster and I took our three little ladies to Boerne and met up with some dear friends for lunch. Then headed over to the pumpkin patch. It was amazing to realize how much Bitty has changed since our last trip to a pumpkin patch! She got to pick out her own little pumpkin this year. After that we took them over to feed the ducks. This was actually another first for Bitty and she loved it. Though she ate as much bread as she shared. This is the same park all three of our girls fed ducks for the first time. Budah’s first was of course at the park in Da Parish. The weather was perfect today for a few outdoor activities. At one point Buggie told me “Mommy that rock is swimming and going after my bread!”. That rock was actually a turtle. There were more turtles than ducks being fed today. I’ve never seen so many there before. After over 5 loaves of bread was gone we took them for some frozen yogurt before we parted ways with our friends and headed home. The girls had so much fun hanging out with each other. When we got home Budah and I started working on a little painting project before he went skateboarding with another friend. It turned into a full blown crafting session! More about that in another blog. It was nice to stay so busy with our monsters today and to not allow myself to worry so much about my surgery tomorrow morning. Now I’ve just got to get Bunny’s ballet & tap things ready before I can attempt to get some rest. Who am I fooling, I’ll be too antsy to sleep.
